Manufacturing Process
In our manufacturing process, looms play a crucial role in weaving PP tapes into tubular or flat fabric. The tension of the warped tapes is precisely controlled using a load cell, while an in-feed system regulates the speed of the inlet rollers based on the set tension during weaving. Additionally, a fabric roll winder with a load cell ensures consistent winding tension throughout the process. This meticulous approach results in the final product: high-quality PP woven fabric.
Material Combination
The primary material for fabric production is PP/HDPE granules. These granules are transformed into tapes, which are then woven to create the fabric. Our advanced machinery ensures top-quality fabric for our customers’ bags. With precise calculations and accurate material ratios, we guarantee a seamless process and eliminate quality issues.

Circular woven fabric comes in tube form and is used for making PP woven bags and BOPP woven bags in circular form.
