Manufacturing Process
Our advanced Tape Extrusion Lines efficiently produce PP tapes for diverse applications, including woven/knitted bags, jumbo bags (FIBCs), carpet backing, tarpaulins, wrapping fabrics, ropes, twines, and more. The process utilizes cutting-edge tape-making technology with a dual-stage stretching method, where tapes are pre-stretched before undergoing a final stretch in a hot air oven. This technique enhances process smoothness, working speed, and efficiency while ensuring stability and improving tape properties as well.
Material Combination
The primary materials used in tape manufacturing are granules and masterbatch. Precise temperature control and accurate calculations are crucial to transforming granules into high-quality end products.
